The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse will hold its first sitting at 10.00am on Wednesday 3^rd April 2013 at the County Court of Victoria.

The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse will hold its first sitting at 10.00am on Wednesday 3^rd April 2013 at the County Court of Victoria.

All commissioners will be present at the first sitting, with The Chair – Justice McClellan AM – providing information on the work of the Royal Commission. Senior Counsel assisting will also deliver opening statements.

As the County Court has limited capacity for public viewing, a webcast will be made available on the Royal Commission website – http://www.childabuseroyalcommission.gov.au.

The Centre and VCOSS are currently planning a forum on Tuesday April 30th to discuss responding to the Royal Commission. Save the date and more information will be released as soon as details are finalised.
