31/1/2013 Media Update

This month has seen media focus remain on the upcoming Royal Commission following release of the Terms of Reference and announcement of the commissioners.

Children's Court processes have also been criticised, with calls made for drastic and urgent reforms.

Evidence given in the Victorian Parliamentary Inquiry into Sexual Abuse of Children has continued to be reported, while domestic violence and foster care stories have again been published – albeit in small numbers.
